My roommates Jason and Randi and I made
these for dinner. And everyone (really, everyone) loved them...
spicy, and gingery, and
garlicky...yum. I wish there were leftovers for lunch. However, we devoured them, and then went to get ice cream because our mouths were hot from ribs and
proceeded to devour THAT. Ugh. It was a night of delicious excess.
Tonight: Randi's stuffed peppers!
I love my roommates. :-)
